Cognizin® Citicoline (300mg)

A clinically studied nootropic that enhances memory, attention, and brain energy metabolism. Citicoline increases phosphatidylcholine synthesis and supports neuronal membrane repair.

Rhodiola Rosea (50mg, 5:1 extract)

Adaptogen standardized to rosavins. Known to reduce fatigue, enhance mood, and improve cognitive performance under stress. Equivalent to 250mg raw root.

Sodium (494mg)

Regulates extracellular fluid volume, supports hydration via sodium-glucose co-transport, and aids in neural transmission and muscular endurance.

Potassium (203mg)

Di-Magnesium Malate (40mg elemental Mg)

Calcium (33mg)
