When and how should I use it?

Mix one sachet with 500ml to 1 litre of water. Use it before, during or after training, or whenever you want hydration without caffeine.

What does Summer Fruits taste like?

It has a light, refreshing summer-fruit flavour. It is naturally flavoured and sweetened with stevia.
