Thank you for shopping with OOSH. We are committed to providing high-quality products, but as part of our policy, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or returned. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange for a resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange of the item. This does not apply to products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at raff@ooshperformance.com, providing:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or faulty product
We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer an exchange or replacement, in line with UK consumer law.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. You still have the right to a full refund if the product is faulty or not as described, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you believe the product you have received is defective or does not meet the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us promptly.
