Refund policy

We want you to be confident ordering from OOSH Performance. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

If you buy online as a consumer, you can usually cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please email raff@ooshperformance.com with your order number and tell us clearly that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Products must be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. Please contact us before posting a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Food, drink and sealed products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed consumable products that have been opened cannot be returned under the change-of-mind right. This exception does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your legal rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refund timing

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may make a reasonable deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Orders not yet dispatched

If you need to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.
