How OOSH subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, the price, delivery frequency and saving are shown before checkout. Your subscription renews automatically and the payment method you provide will be charged for each scheduled order until you cancel.
Managing or cancelling
You can view, change or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription link on our website and your OOSH customer account. You may also contact us at raff@ooshperformance.com.
To prevent the next recurring order, make your change before its next billing date. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may need to be handled under our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
Price and frequency changes
Available frequencies, products and subscription savings may change. We will provide notice where required before a material change affects an active subscription. You can cancel if you do not wish to continue.
Payment problems
If a recurring payment cannot be completed, the subscription provider may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription after unsuccessful payment attempts.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products remain covered by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
