Each 4g sachet of OOSH delivers a powerful blend of electrolytes, minerals, and nootropics—designed to keep you hydrated, focused, and ready for anything.

You’ll get 1,686mg of electrolytes per serving, including 494mg of sodium to help regulate hydration and support performance, 203mg of potassium (10% NRV) to aid muscle function and fluid balance, and 959mg of chloride (120% NRV) to support digestion and electrolyte harmony. There’s also 40mg of magnesium (11% NRV) to help reduce tiredness and promote muscle function, and 33mg of calcium (4% NRV) to support muscle contraction and nerve signalling.

For mental performance, each sachet includes 300mg of Cognizin® (Citicoline), a clinically studied nootropic shown to support focus, attention, and mental clarity. You’ll also find 50mg of Rhodiola Rosea extract (standardised 5:1, equivalent to 250mg root), an adaptogen used to reduce fatigue and support stress resilience, along with 3mg of zinc (30% NRV) to support cognition, immunity, and hormone balance.
