What makes OOSH different?

OOSH combines a six-mineral hydration profile with a focus-oriented blend led by 300mg Cognizin® citicoline and concentrated Rhodiola rosea. Each sachet also provides 3mg zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive function — all with 0mg caffeine.

Does it contain sugar or caffeine?

No. Each sachet contains 0g sugar, 0mg caffeine and just 3 calories.

When and how should I use it?

Mix one sachet with 500ml to 1 litre of water. Use it before, during or after training, or whenever you want hydration without caffeine.

What does Summer Fruits taste like?

It has a light, refreshing summer-fruit flavour. It is naturally flavoured and sweetened with stevia.

What comes in the Starter Kit Bundle?

A premium branded form of citicoline used to support the focus side of the formula. It provides a caffeine-free way to build cognitive support into your daily hydration routine.

Rhodiola Rosea

A concentrated 5:1 root extract, equivalent to 250mg of Rhodiola root. Traditionally used as an adaptogen and included alongside Cognizin® in our caffeine-free focus blend.

Sodium

One of the main electrolytes lost through sweat. Sodium plays an important role in fluid balance, making it a key part of the hydration side of every sachet.

Potassium

An essential electrolyte involved in fluid balance, nerve signalling and normal muscle function. Included alongside sodium as part of the wider six-mineral hydration profile.

Magnesium

An essential mineral involved in normal muscle and nerve function as well as energy metabolism. Included to make the mineral profile more complete than sodium and potassium alone.

Chloride

The largest mineral amount in the formula. Chloride is an electrolyte that works alongside sodium and forms a major part of the overall hydration profile. 

Zinc

An essential trace mineral that contributes to normal cognitive function while also supporting normal immune function and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each sachet contains 3mg. 

Calcium

Best known for its role in bones, calcium is also involved in normal muscle function and nerve signalling. Included as part of the six-mineral blend in every sachet.

Stevia

A plant-derived sweetener that gives Summer Fruits its sweetness without adding sugar. OOSH contains 0g sugar and just 3 calories per sachet.

Beetroot Extract

Used to give Summer Fruits its distinctive colour without relying on an artificial-looking formulation. It’s there for colour rather than being one of the functional actives.
